Manufacturer’s warranty

Delphia, a Beneteau Group brand, builds on a legacy of exceptional French nautical expertise, which has been transmitted and perfected for over 140 years. This unique expertise, shaped by a commitment to craftsmanship and industrial innovation, is reflected in every detail of our boats.

The manufacturer’s warranty applies to all new Delphia boats marketed since the 1st of January 2023. It is effective worldwide, regardless of where the boat is used.

It covers manufacturing or assembly defects related to:

• Parts and labour
• Hull and deck structure 

Depending on usage, the duration may be up to:

• 3 years for parts and labour for recreational use,
• 10 years for the hull and deck structure for recreational use.

Specific duration periods apply in the case of sports or professional use.

The warranty is subject to compliance with the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements. This involves:

• Maintenance in accordance with the owner's manual
• Regular inspections (after 6 months, one year, and then annually)

This maintenance must be carried out by certified professionals within the Delphia network to guarantee the quality, safety and longevity of the boat.

If a defect is identified, a claim must be made within 14 days, accompanied by the appropriate documents.
Based on its analysis, Delphia determines the most suitable solution:  repair or replacement of the parts concerned, through its network of approved professionals.
